Tickets & Registration

When do tickets go on sale?

Super Early Bird tickets will go on sale in early September 2026, priced at $949pp. Ticket sales will close in July 2027.

I want to buy tickets for a large group, can we get a discount?

We’re happy to offer discounts for groups larger than 10 Delegates - please get in touch via summit@bpsoftware.net to facilitate this.

Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket if I cannot go?

If you cancel more than 90 days (8th May 2027) before the event we can issue an 80% refund of your ticket cost. After that, no refunds are available. However, you’re welcome to transfer your registration to someone else any time until 17th July 2027.

Can I get a ticket for just one day?

No - Summit registrations are for access to the full weekend. The Bp Summit team may be able to work with you to find a solution, so please reach out via summit@bpsoftware.net to discuss.

Social Events

How much are tickets to the social events?

Our Welcome Drinks event on Friday evening is included in your delegate registration - you simply need to indicate whether you’ll be attending when you register for Summit.

The Gala Dinner event on Saturday night is priced at a discounted $80 for Summit Delegates & Exhibitors. You’ll be able to purchase your ticket when you register for Summit. Tickets to this event are strictly limited, so be sure to secure yours early to avoid disappointment!

Can I get a ticket to the social events for my partner or friend?

You can purchase a Guest Ticket for our Welcome Drinks event ($80pp) when you register for Summit.

Guest Tickets for our Gala Dinner are subject to availability - we’ll let all Delegates know closer to the Summit whether we are able to release Guest Tickets for sale. If tickets do become available, they will be priced at $170pp.


Will food and drinks be served?

Yes - morning tea and lunch will be served buffet style on Saturday and Sunday. Barista-made coffee will also be available from our two coffee carts across the weekend.

Our Welcome Drinks event attendees will be served substantial canapes, with a selection of beverages available at the bar (cash bar for spirits).

The Gala Dinner will include a 3-course meal with a selection of beverages available both at the bar and via table service (cash bar for spirits).


I have dietary requirements, can they be catered for?

Absolutely! Please ensure you provide us with details of your dietary requirements during registration. Dietary-catered Morning Tea and Lunch across the weekend will be served at a separate station for those who have noted requirements.

What’s the dress code?

During the day, feel free to don Smart Casual attire.

For our social events: Welcome Drinks is also Smart Casual attire, but our Gala Dinner is your chance to dress up in your very best Cocktail attire.

At The Summit

What’s the dress code?

During the day, feel free to don Smart Casual attire.

For our social events: Welcome Drinks is also Smart Casual attire, but our Gala Dinner is your chance to dress up in your very best Cocktail attire.

What time does everything start and finish each day?

Friday

  • Name badge collection opens: 2pm
  • Welcome Drinks: 5pm - 8pm

Saturday

  • Exhibition Hall opens: 7am
  • First session begins: 8:30am
  • Last session ends: 4:30pm
  • Gala Dinner: 7pm - 11pm

Sunday

  • Exhibition Hall opens: 7:30am
  • First session begins: 8:45am
  • Last session ends: 4pm

Will there be Wi-Fi available?

Yes! The Star Brisbane will provide Wi-Fi for our delegates free of charge.

Please note the network is suitable for basic web browsing, but not streaming/large file downloads.

Sessions

Will sessions be recorded?

No - due to the highly interactive nature of our sessions, we are unable to record or live stream.

Will presentation slides be available after the event?

Yes - slides for select presentations will be available to Delegates after the event. Please note some presentations may not be included, or may not have the full slideshow available.

When will the full agenda be available?

We expect to launch our Speaker and Session lineup in late-2026 - stay tuned via emails and Bp’s socials.
